IF YOU KNOW YOUR HISTORY
The Club was formed by local parents Lloyd Wilson, Chris French, Simon Lacey, Julian Lipscombe & Richard Feil in 2011 to provide a new dimension of league competition for the young players of St Margarets.

The club has grown & is now represented by teams at all age groups in local competitive leagues, achieving FA Charter Standard Club status in 2016.
We retain close links with our community & every Saturday morning you will still find hundreds of younger players attending training at our spiritual home of Moor Mead Park... the MMFC academy!

THE MOOR MEAD WAY
The aim of the Club is to help local kids to enjoy football & learn about fairplay, respect & how to handle the ups & downs of sport.
We want to win & play good football based on excellent control of the ball; but we are an inclusive, community based club & having fun is as important as our results.
Our players know they are supported by parents, family & local businesses who are all important parts of the club.
OUR COLOURS
Founder, Lloyd Wilson, chose our distinctive bright shirts so he could see his players from long distances & gather them in before a match! Our teams play in electric yellow or bright green shirts, with black shorts.
